Im sad today. for 2 reasons. firstly, coach videoed our strokes in the bay. well, i dont think im at my best though i was trying my best. have so much to work on. like, ALOT. looking on the bright side, at least im not that slow with a lousy stroke, that means i can be much much faster. much much much to improve on. so i kinda feeling emo that my strokes are like shit. the second reason? ah nvm. kinda stupid. need some good rest today. tmr 20km paddle again. and hope everything will turn out fine.
